Its weekend again...

So many things to do...so little time to finish.I have to finish 2 reports to pass up next few days...O.o Fortunately,I had done almost 3/4 of it.So I think not so bad for the meantime.

I was all alone in the morning yesterday. So sad...deprived of tender loving care...but I had a quiet time studying my subjects.Maybe its good to have a quiet moment to yourself sometimes...Peace and tranquility...haiz....

A new semester of work...and my favourite place

Its my third week of the semester...and work is starting to pile up again.More fun doing reports and studying for neverending test and exams. It is getting tougher by the semester, more in depth to the field of my future. It is not so bad studying it...its just the remembering part that's giving me the double need of PANADOL!!...O.o

MY ACHING HEAD!!!

I have the green light to do my industrial training in GAY PAREE...yoohoo...muakss!

The city of Love and Romance

It would both fun and educational for me to learn the tricks of the trade.I will be going to a research lab in one of the largest and famous hospital in Europe...Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière.For those who are still clueless, its the hospital where Princess Diana passed away.

Looks like a museum to me...but its really the Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière

Come to think of it...I am getting excited of going there.By October, its autumn...a nice time where the trees are all golden and red...a really beautiful sight..

I am now constructing my list of places that I could go...

1. Luxembourg Gardens-the lovely garden in front of the apartment....said to be equivalent of Hyde Park in London

2. Notre Dame Cathedral-Remember Quasimodo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame

3. Arc de Triomphe-made famous by World Cup...but it captures the ghost of Paris past(grave of the unknown soldier is under the arch)

4. Place du Terte, Montmarte- many portrait artists at work

5. Louvre Museum-Mona Lisa smile

6. Champs Elysées-most beautiful avenue in the world

7. Seine River-a romantic ride for twosomes..O..o

8. Rue Mouffetard-shopping paradise

9. Chateau de Versailles-home of the Sun King Louis XIV

10. Sacré Coeur -A church perched on top of the highest point in Paris..spectacular views of the whole city

11. Marché aux Puces de St-Ouen (Porte de Clignancourt)-Clignancourt Flea Market

12. And lastly, EIFFEL TOWER.....

1 more day of classes....=P

Went to uni early today. There were so many parking spaces.I think many people has either been skipping class or they have no more classes for the final 2 days of school. Had a lab test at 11am-Principles of Biotechnology. Whole night yesterday have been studying my head off...i think it did pay off..except for some occasional mistakes. This subject has been a constant headache for me...at the beginning of the term, i realise i dun even know a single thing what the lecturer has been talking in front. I juz could not get the concepts to stay in my head. sometimes some self-studying does help. Thanks to the books in the library,a last i get some impression what the lecturer has been talking all this while.

Came straight home after the test. My best friend has a lunch date...with her mom. That means.."Stephanie, sorry la.Its a daughter and mum day's out." So i have to kuai kuai stay at home eat alone...sob...sob='( Swan, how could u....boohoohoo....

Still awaiting my lunch...mom not home yet. For the time being, better finish up my last physiology report first...die..='(

Missing my darling very much...Hope he is not on-call this weekend(overtime)..then i can have him all for myself...=P

Ending this with a poem...
Romance
I will make you brooches and toys for your delight
Of bird-song at morning and star-shine at night
I will make a palace fit for you and me
Of green days in the forest and blue days at sea
I will make my kitchen, and you shall keep your room
Where white flows the river and bright blows the broom
And you shall wash your linen and keep your body white
In rainfall at morning and dewfall at night
And this shall be for music when no one else is near
the fine song for singing, the rare song to hear!
That only i remember, that only you admire
Of the broad road that stretches and the roadside fire
-Robert Louis Stevenson-

So touching!!

Finally...my sighs for the day!!

Feeling a little queasy....being my first time writing a blog..As they say, there is always a first time for everything.Reminds me of the time when i was young, having to write diaries in school.Never thought it would be an awkward time as i pen down my thoughts of the day.

Back to my story...
As usual waking up early does not pose a problem to me....its the staying awake part...tendency to laze at the bed for almost 10 minutes before jumping out of the bed...haiz..O.o
Had a smooth drive to school with more spaces to park now...no rebut-rebut with other people.Had a good day today.Only a 2 hours class...12-2 pm.

Later, attended the talk on industrial training. Very informative to think about...
Thinking of going to a research lab in Paris...but...HOW TO PAY IN EURO???very expensive!!Lodging may be free and food provided.Going to be a good experience for me and good for my resume for the future...Still thinking...
The best part...Its winter time if I go...A HOLIDAY!!Yippie...=P
Headache now....haiz
